| Dr. Chuck Williams is an Associate
Professor of Management at the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian
University. He has also taught at Oklahoma State University and Michigan State University.
He received his Ph.D. and M.B.A. from Michigan State University and his B.A. from
Valparaiso University. He has published articles in the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, Personnel Psychology, and the Organizational Research Methods Journal. He is a member of the Journal of Management's Editorial Board, and has also serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Academy of Management Journal, and Personnel Psychology. In 1997, he was awarded the Yoder-Heneman Research award from the Society for Human Resource Management. Dr. Williams has consulted for a number of organizations, General Motors, IBM, JC Penney, Tandy Corporation, Trism Trucking, Central Bank and Trust, the City of Fort Worth, Stuart Bacon, and others. Finally, Dr. Williams is an award winning
teacher, and is faculty advisor for the TCU chapter of Phi Chi Theta, which is a co-ed
