Application for TCU Leadership London

Print this page, and then complete the application and the following steps:

  1. The registration deadline is February 1, 1999. Note, however, that the course was filled before Christmas last year.
  2. Talk to Dr. Chuck Williams or Dr. Cornell Thomas or Dr. Carol Thompson  about the program (see the bottom of the page for contact information). 
  3. Complete the application at the bottom of this page and mail it to Dr. Chuck Williams. 
  4. Once you've decided which Leadership London course credit you want (BUAD 4970, EDUC 4970, CRJU 4970, SOCI 4970), begin the registration process at the International Education Office (Rickel 109).  You'll  receive a registration permit form which will indicate the name, number, and section of the course you have chosen and the trip account number.
  5. Take this registration permit form to one of the cashiers in the Controller's Office (Sadler 104) where you will pay a $500 deposit (nonrefundable) on the course program fee. In exchange for this deposit, you will receive a receipt.
  6. Take the registration permit form and the cashier's receipt to the Registrar's Office (Sadler 18) where you will formally register for your course. The registration permit form will have the subject code, section number and course number for your course.

[IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to apply for financial aid for international summer programs, you should register for your course and then complete the financial aid application in the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office (Sadler 108) before December 15.]

  1. To make periodic payments towards the program fee for your course, go to one of the cashiers in the Controller's Office (Sadler 104). You may pay by check, cash, or credit card. Be sure to identify all payments with the course name and trip account number.
  2. Registration for international summer programs must be completed during the period of summer advance registration in April. Tuition/audit fee must be paid in full by April 30. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have not paid tuition/audit fees in full by April 30, your registration will be canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: THE TUITION PAYMENT AND PROGRAM FEE PAYMENT ARE SEPARATE PAYMENTS.

  1. Final payment of program fee is due in the Controller's Office (Sadler 104) no later than one month before the departure date for your course.
